Shipping and Order Processing Policy

At Le Moodboard Paris, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with clear information on order processing and shipping times.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-5 working days, with most orders processed within 3 working days.
If your payment is made on the weekend and remains unprocessed during that time, we will begin processing your order on the following Monday.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates:
For in-stock items, it takes an additional 2-5 working days for the products to arrive at our logistics fulfillment center to be dispatched internationally.
Generally, you can expect in-stock items to be shipped within 1-2 working weeks, with most items shipped in around 1 working week.
The parcel will take approximately 5-12 business days to be delivered, depending on your destination country and the shipping services for the market.
For back-order and pre-order products, we will inform you of the estimated dispatch time as these items may take additional time to produce and undergo quality checks.
Our inventory status may not be real-time, and there may be a delay in inventory status updates.
In the case the product is a back-order inventory or pre-order inventory, we will contact you to notify you of the estimated dispatch time again.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
Our shipping partners will assist with paying the customs duties; the selling price includes taxes.

Non-Refundable Charges:
Custom charges and handling fees are non-refundable.
